12 Weeks to Your Goals, New Habit, or New Thing!

Using a twelve-week program tailored to fit you, I’ll help you build a path to reaching your goal or creating that new habit without feeling overwhelmed. (I’m very familiar with overwhelm!)

During our time together, I’ll help you get specific about your goal in a measurable way.

We’ll look at all the reasons why you want it, and you’ll discover how those reasons align with your values to create the fuel that will get you there.

Of course, we’ll identify the action steps you need to take to reach it.

Just importantly, we’ll look for the things (obstacles) that might get in your way, and we’ll turn them into stepping stones to get the results you want.

I’ll help you create a timeline that makes it all doable without any overwhelm.

All of this will tie together to help you reach your goal.

Another important part of our weekly meeting will be celebrating every step forward you’ve made and we’ll use any steps back as opportunities to learn and tweak.

And I’ll be with you the whole way helping you, cheering you on, and helping you be accountable. When you are stuck, we’ll learn why, felt stuck, where you can tweak.
